CUSTOMER CARE
It is vital to us that you, as a student, are completely satisfied with the guidance you have received. It is important that you are getting what you need out of the lessons you have paid for. As such, we provide our students with only our top tutors, enabling them to understand and, therefore, succeed in their respective subjects. Our tutors go through an intensive screening process and only those who meet our high standards then join our Royal Tutors team.

PRIVACY & SAFETY
Your safety and that of our tutors is a top priority! As most students and tutors have not met before this can pose as a safety threat, rendering either party unwilling to provide/attend a private lesson. This is completely understandable and is one of the reasons we screen our tutors so thoroughly. We do not, however, screen our students, which is why it is part of our safety policy that our students and tutors meet at Wits University ONLY.
This provides both student and tutor with the safety and peace of mind of a mutual meeting place.
ANY DETAILS provided to Royal Tutors, such as cell phone number and email address, is kept strictly private.
Any and all content disclosed within private lessons is kept confidential and will not be discussed with Royal Tutor management or any third party, unless at the behest of the student concerned.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payments for private lessons booked must be submitted IN ADVANCE before those lessons can commence. Should there be a cancellation a refund will be provided.
NO CASH.
EFT or DIRECT DEPOSIT ONLY.
Workshops may be paid for via EFT or DIRECT DEPOSIT up to 24 hours prior to the date of the workshop.
CASH may be given on the day of the workshop.
